Ever wonder how you can immediately sense something is “off”…even without much to go on? It’s our intuitive instinct helping us differentiate the “good” vs “bad” vibes!
Once upon a time…
Ancient cultures followed the seasons very closely because life was built around the fall, spring, winter and summer. They lived a lifestyle “close to the earth”.
In the today’s world, our modern homes and offices tend to seclude us from the seasons. Also, our daily routines mirror this “insulation” as well.
Regardless of the weather outside, we get up and go to work. We generally live the same way, day in, day out, month to month, season to season.
In many ways, living a modern lifestyle allows us to stay productive all year long. Plus, it is nice not having to save food during the fall season in preparation for the winter. It is also nice not having to be outside when it’s below freezing!
But even in these advanced times, it’s helpful to understand what is going on in nature. After all, we are made up of energy. So essentially, we are a part of nature.
Genesis of Eve…
For many years, I, Eve Sengkeo, had the seasonal blues during the late Fall to early Spring. So it wasn’t just the winter blues. As soon as daylight savings rolled around, I was became a different person.
I tried everything from sunlamps to taking extra Vitamin D supplements. Some of it helped but overall, my mood was for the most part very low.
Through research and learning more about energy healing, I realized how each season has its intrinsic energy. By observing what’s going on in nature throughout the year, I learned how to make the most of the energy of each season, especially winter!
When we understand the different energies, we’re also able to better manage our own energy accordingly. This way we can bring about more peace and balance into our busy lifestyle throughout the day.
Notice how some seasons are better than others for manifesting ideas. Since the universe is made up of energy, some periods are better for taking inspired actions while others are best for letting go.
Then came Adam…
As you may recall from science class, we are made up of atoms. Atoms are continuously giving off and absorbing light and energy…even when we sleep.
The atoms of every cell in the body is structured in such a way that it has a negative and positive voltage. Basically, every cell in our body is like a miniature battery.
Each cell has 1.4 volts of energy. When multiplied by the 50 trillion cells in the body, we get a total voltage of 700 trillion volts of electricity in the body. Pretty strong, aye?
The Chinese call this energy chi. Other cultures call it prana, universal life force, or Reiki. Essentially, it is the energy used in hands-on and distance holistic healing.
Each atom has its own unique frequency, or vibration.
Quantum physicists study the energetic effect when atoms collide. They conclude that when two atomic waves meet, they either meet in or out of synchronicity.
The collision either creates a constructive effect or a destructive effect in which they annul each other.
When in sync, the waves have become more powerful. When out of sync, the opposite effect happens.
That explains the difference between “good vibes” and “bad vibes.” You may be getting a certain type of vibe depending on whether the other waves you meet are in or out of sync with your vibes.
As we are all vibrate at our current frequencies, our vibrations are always meeting and getting entangled in each other. After all, we are all energetically connected as a collective conscious.
That is why it important to be aware of whether you are in an environment where you are getting entangled in constructive or destructive vibrations.
Remember the Jim Rohn quote:
“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”
So simple, yet so true!
Our intuition let’s us know when we are in a constructive or destructive environment. In fact, it’s not just us human beings.
Plants and animals communicate through vibrations. They can sense whether the energy is good for them or not.
So that brings us back to tapping into our ability as energetic beings to sense the energy of our environment. If you feel like you are spinning your wheels trying to make changes in your life, there could be a reason why.
Regardless of where you are located in the world, when you understand how to use the cyclical energy of each month, you create space for personal growth.
